Thomas Fitzsimons to Benjamin Rush (June 15, 1789)

Last week a proposition for Amendments was brot. forward by Mr. Madison. No Opinion could at the time be formed how farr they were Acceptable but I have reason to think they were thot. Nugatory & pre-mature1 I inclose the paper that you may make your observation. I suppose next week—they will be considered.
