Mr. Eilbeck's Septemr. 29th: 1772.
SIR
I have about £150 or £200 Maryd. Curry. (great Part of it in Gold & Silver) for which I want Bills of Exchange Pble at 60 Days Sight: I have therefore sent the Bearer to know if you want Cash for Bills at the present Current Exchange; which I am told is 521/2 *[missing symbol]* Ct. at Annapolis. Your Answer by the Bearer will oblige Sir Yr. most Hble Sert.
