Virginia, Fairfax County, March 25, 1784
Any person who will undertake to build a Dwelling-House, to contain twelve hundred square feet, will meet with good encouragement, and punctual payments, by applying to the Subscriber—who will either furnish materials, or not, at the option of the undertaker.
